In the event that any LED letters, numbers, symbols, or associated equipment are returned damaged or are found to have been damaged during your event, please notify us immediately. Upon return, our team will inspect and assess the extent of the damage.

If repairs or replacements are required, the cost will be charged to the hirer in accordance with our rental agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, structural damage, electrical faults, missing components, or any issues caused by improper handling, movement, or unauthorised use.
